Mel founded Petrie Finance Co. with one simple goal – to provide strategic lending advice that puts people before transactions.

After years in the mortgage industry, Mel recognised that too many borrowers were focused solely on finding the lowest interest rate, when the real opportunity lay in building the right lending strategy. She established Petrie Finance Co. to help clients make smarter financial decisions that support their long-term goals – not just their next purchase.
